On moving day, there’s usually a lof of waiting around for money to whizz between bank accounts and chains to fall into place, so don’t expect to be in the property at the crack of dawn.
Once you get the message from your solicitor that you’re now the owner, it’s time to carry in all your belongings, sit down and crack open the bubbly.

You’re now a homeowner!
